Fiber Flex is a veteran-owned, small, disadvantaged business headquartered in Opelousas, Louisiana, the heart of Acadiana. Our telecommunications company was founded in 2022 and we are licensed by the Louisiana Board of Contractors.
The Founder, Micheal Buck, has over 24 years of telecommunications and I.T. and has planned and designed new fiber optic installations for 30th space communication squadron at Vandenberg space force base, California and the air force global strike command at Barksdale AFB, Louisiana.
Fiber Flex was founded because we saw that the rural and underserved communities were being left behind in this ever-changing digital world. Even established businesses located in technical hubs were still lagging behind in technology due to their infrastructure. Our goal is to get everyone on the same page when it comes to new and more efficient technologies in the workplace.
Our mission is to listen to and solve our customers’ challenges, understand their fiber-optic and telecommunications needs , and provide solutions of the highest quality to fulfill those needs.
We strive to build strong customer relationships, maintain inventory to meet schedules and deliver complete value-added solutions with the best technical and customer support in the industry.
We are committed to empowering our employees to perform their daily tasks with ease, in a professional environment, while providing our customer with the highest level of service.
Our vision is to become the industry leader for quality and service, to become the standard in the fiber and telecommunications world.
We aim to be the first to bring new fiber technologies to the Gulf Regions market to stay ahead of the ever-changing world of technology.
